The insulation rod comprises at least two sections of a telescopic rod which are sequentially nested. The joint part of every two adjacent two sections of the telescopic rod is provided with a locking device used for locking the two sections of the telescopic rod, and a fixing device used for preventing test wires from swinging. One section of the telescopic rod, far away from the clamping clamp, is provided with a winding support used for winding test wires. The high-altitude test clamp is reasonable in design. During the testing process, the length of the telescopic rod is adjusted and fixed according to a required height. Meanwhile, a test wire is placed in the fixing device. After the testing process, the telescopic rod is contracted, and the test wire is wound on the winding support.
