Via the above arrangement, collected and stored temperature data can be used as a reference factor for heat dissipation of the trans-impedance amplifier, and therefore a problem that interference withwork of the trans-impedance amplifier is caused because unreasonable heat dissipation operation is performed on the trans-impedance amplifier based conventional technologies can be solved.
