The method comprises: a server searches registration information of a database for a flight plan corresponding to an unmanned aerial vehicle identifier of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the server sends control information to the unmanned aerial vehicle or a registered user corresponding to the unmanned aerial vehicle according to the found flight plan corresponding to the unmanned aerial vehicle identifier; and the unmanned aerial vehicle receives the control information, and flies according to the control information.
