The grease supply pipeline overflow valve comprisesa direct-connection grease supply pipeline and an overflow pipeline installed at the output end of the direct-connection grease supply pipeline. A grease inlet connecting end is arranged at the inputend of the direct-connection grease supply pipeline, an overflow port is formed in the output end of the overflow pipeline, the inner diameter of the direct-connection grease supply pipeline is larger than that of a grease inlet connecting port, and the inner diameter of the grease inlet connecting port is larger than that of the overflow port. An overflow device can be designed according to therelation among the flow speed and the pressure at the overflow port position and the pipe diameter, and the efficiency of the lubricating grease centralized lubrication system is improved to a great degree. The beneficial effects that a valve body is small in size, the structure is simple, and manufacturing is easy are achieved; and a polyurethane pipeline with the corresponding overflow port diameter can be arranged through replacement according to the requirement of actual application occasions for the overflow pressure.
