The method involves the multi-body dynamics simulation ofa high voltage circuit breaker and the finite element simulation of a vibration signal, and includes the steps of firstly, determining a high voltage circuit breaker multi-body dynamics model parameter and a bracket finite element model parameter through a rod piece force test and a bracket vibration signal test under the normal operation of a high voltage circuit breaker; and secondly, modifyingthe parameter in the multi-body dynamics model to simulate a mechanical fault of the high-voltage circuit breaker to conduct emulation, extracting force curves of a bracket and other components at respective connection positions under a fault condition, loading the force curves into the bracket finite element model as the excitation to make emulation, and extracting a vibration signal of a selected measuring point on the bracket under the fault condition.
