The angular velocity data, the acceleration data, the geomagnetic data and the differential positioning data are transmitted to the server throughthe transmission device and are stored. The server acquires indoor accurate position information and outdoor positioning information. Map information is acquired and combined with the indoor accurateposition information and the outdoor positioning information to obtain positioning map information which is transmitted to the terminal board card to be displayed through the transmission device. Compared with the prior art, the indoor and outdoor positioning and navigation system transmits angular velocity data, the acceleration data, the geomagnetic data and the differential positioning data through the transmission device to the server for matching, thereby realizing accurate positioning, facilitating using by workers, and preventing course drift.
