The automatic system comprises a control panel, an electrical control system, a workpiece positioning jig, a mechanical arm and a tool mounted at the tail end of the mechanical arm, wherein a floating regulating mechanism used for regulating the position of acutting edge of the tool is mounted between the mechanical arm and the tool. According to the automatic system disclosed by the invention, burr-removal processing is performed on the injection moldedpart through the mechanical arm, so that removal on the burrs on the side edge of the three-dimensional space can be realized, and therefore, production efficiency is improved, and product processingquality is improved. The workpiece positioning jig adopts a polyformaldehyde profile modeling cushion block, so that a profile modeling area is great, and the appearance surface of the injection molded part can be protected; the workpiece positioning jig is connected with a clamp mounting frame through a pin and a bolt, so that the workpiece positioning jig can be quickly changed; and burr-removal processing on different injection molded parts can be realized by switching processing procedures through the control panel.
