The invention provides a permanent anti-static polystyrene plastic suction sheet material which is characterized by comprising a first layer and second layers, wherein the first layer is arranged between the two second layers; the first layer comprises the following ingredients by weight percentage: 90-95% of polystyrene, 3-5% of a toughening agent and 2-5% of color master batch; each of the second layers comprises the following ingredients by weight percentage: 90-95% of polystyrene, 1.5-3% of polyaniline, 1-2% of polypyrrole, 0.5-1% of a compatilizer and 2-4% of color master batch. The invention also provides a preparation method and a packaging and transportation container of the permanent anti-static polystyrene plastic suction sheet material.
