The device comprises an automobile metal oil tank, awater pump which is electrically connected with a control system as well as standard meters, wherein the bottom of each standard meter is connected with a meter water inlet pipe, and a floating ball switch is arranged in an inner cavity of the standard meter; the meter water inlet pipes are connected in parallel with a water outlet end of the water pump, water outlet ends of the standard meters are connected with water outlet collecting pipes, and the water outlet collecting pipes are connected with water outlet pipes; an oil storage cabin of the automobile metal oil tank is equipped with liquid level meters electrically connected with the control system, the water outlet pipes are connected with the oil storage cabin, and a sensor electrically connected with the control system is arrangedon the outer wall of a metering neck of each standard meter.
