The transparent outer wall nano coating disclosed by the invention comprises the following components in parts byweight: a photocatalyst, namely 2-2.8 parts of nano titanium dioxide and 1-2 parts of nano cerium oxide, a composite photocatalysis stimulator, namely 0.2-0.3 part of nano aluminum oxide, 0.2-0.3 part of nano cadmium oxide, 0.5-0.8 part of nano rare earth and 0.1-0.2 part of a silane treatment agent, a composite dispersing agent, namely 0.6-0.8 part of lauryl sodium sulfate and 0.3-0.4 part of triethanolamine, an aqueous adhesive, namely 20-22 parts of lithium silicate, 10 parts of silica gel, 0.1-0.2 part of an organic silicon defoaming agent, and 63 parts of water. The transparent outer wall nano coating disclosed by the invention is capable of adsorbing and decomposing pollutant sources in outdoor air with or without ultraviolet rays.
