The ultrasonic cleaning device adapts the MEMS ultrasonic transducer array with small size, low energy consumption, and easy integration; multiple ultrasonic transducer array modules are evenly and circumferentially arranged on a circular base; each transducer unit in the transducer array modules can work independently; the on-line real-time or regular cleaning of ocean underwater lenses can be realized; and the working state of any transducer unit in the ultrasonic transducer array and the number of the working transducer array modules can be controlled according to an actual situation, accordingly the radiant surface of the ultrasonic cleaningcan be changed, and cleaning is efficient and energy consumption can be reduced at the same time.
