The method comprises the steps of acquiring task types contained in task requests after the task requests are received;establishing a cluster queue composed of various target cluster servers according to server types of the various cluster servers, wherein the server types of the target cluster servers satisfy the task types contained in the task requests; determining the target cluster servers needing to be called by the task requests according to the working states of the target cluster servers, wherein the target cluster servers needing to be called by the task requests are first cluster servers; and converting the task requests into formats satisfying interface rules of the first cluster servers, and transmitting the converted task requests to the first cluster servers. According to the scheme, a PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) transmits the task requests of certain business system to the cluster serversbelonging to different manufacturers relative to the business system, the limit of the interface rules for the call of the cluster servers by the business systems is broken, and the fact that the cluster servers are called to perform the same type of tasks is supported.
