The light distribution element body is provided with an annular holding space and a light inlet surface and a light outlet surface located on two sides of the light distribution element body; the annular holding space is used for holding at least two light emitting units distributed along a circumferential direction; an inner wall of the annular holding space is the light inlet surface; the light inlet surface comprises an inner-side light inlet surface close to the center of the annular light distribution element, and an outer-side light inlet surface far away from the center; a part, opposite to the inner-side light inlet surface, on the light distribution element body deflects a light ray projected by the light-emitting unit at a deflection angle which is a first deflection angle; a part, opposite to the outer-side light inlet surface, on the light distribution element body deflects a light ray at a deflection angle which is a second deflection angle; and the first deflection angle is smaller than the second deflection angle.
