Abstract

The present invention discloses an optimal power flow optimization model taking the consideration of a flexible electric power load. The model takes the consideration of both benefits of a power supplier and a user, and the user can achieve power shortage cost minimization while generation cost minimization is achieved. The implementation of the model mainly comprises the three steps of: 1) employing a classic OPF model to establish a traditional power system optimal power flow model by taking generation cost minimization as a target; 2) on the basis of the traditional optimal power flow model, taking the consideration of power shortage cost minimization of a user side, and performing optimization of the optimal power flow model; and 3) employing an improved genetic algorithm to solve theoptimal power flow model. The interruption load cost and the power failure time cost of the user side are added into the optimal power flow model to allow a finally solved optimal power flow result tobe more accurate and to be more consistent with an actual situation. The optimal power flow optimization model taking consideration of the flexible electric power load takes the consideration of thegeneration cost of the power supplier side and the power shortage cost of the user side to allow the power supplier and the user to both achieve the cost minimizing purposes.
