Abstract

The invention provides recycled plastic particles and a preparation method thereof. The recycled plastic particles are prepared from raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 20-26 parts of recycled plastic, 10-16 parts of starch, 2-6 parts of barium sulfate, 1-3 parts of an antioxidant, 1-3 parts of a brightener and 1-3 parts of a plasticizer. The preparation method comprises the steps as follows: (1) raw materials are weighed in parts by weight; (2) the recycled plastic and barium sulfate are crushed; (3) the mixture obtained in step (2) is heated to be in a molten state, and the starch,the antioxidant, the brightener and the plasticizer are added; (4) the mixed melt obtained in step (3) is put in a screw type injection molding machine, particles are extruded, and the recycled plastic particles are prepared. The recycled plastic and the starch are adopted, waste is utilized, and the effects on the surroundings can be reduced.
