Embodiment Construction

[0023] In order to explain in detail the technical content, structural features, achieved goals and effects of the technical solution, the following will be described in detail in conjunction with specific embodiments and accompanying drawings.

[0024] see figure 1 , introduces a 3D printing product delamination detection method, including the following steps, S100 turns on the laser emitter and sensor;

[0025] S102 receiving a single-layer printing completion instruction from the 3D printer;

[0026] S104 Recording the situation that the laser light of the laser emitter and the sensor of the corresponding layer is blocked;

[0027] S106, when it is monitored that the recorded laser emitter and sensor change from a blocked state to a light-sensitive state, control the 3D printer to stop printing.

[0028] The above method can be applied to figure 2 In the shown 3D printing product delamination detection device, we can see in the figure that the workbench 1 of the 3D prin...

Abstract

The invention discloses a product delaminating detection method for 3D printing. The method comprises the following steps that a single-layer printing completion instruction of a 3D printer is received; the laser light photosensitive state from a laser transmitter to a sensor in the corresponding layer is recorded; the laser transmitter and the sensor are oppositely arranged in the horizontal direction of a workbench of the 3D printer; the layer distance between the laser transmitter and the sensor in the height direction is matched with the thickness of a printing layer for 3D printing; and when it is monitored that the recorded photosensitive state of the sensor is changed, the 3D printer is controlled to stop printing. The problem that delaminating in the printing layer cannot be detected in the prior art is solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of 3D printing, in particular to a method for automatically detecting whether delamination occurs in a printed product of a 3D printer. Background technique [0002] The current popular 3D printing technology is a technology based on digital model files, using bondable materials such as powdered metal or plastic, to construct objects by layer-by-layer printing. The 3D printer appeared in the mid-1990s, a rapid prototyping device that uses technologies such as light curing and paper lamination. Its working principle is basically the same as that of ordinary printers. The printer is filled with liquid or powder "printing materials". Now this technology is used in many fields, people use it to make clothing, architectural models, cars, chocolate desserts and so on. [0003] Due to the performance limitations of optional printing materials, in the layer-by-layer printing process of 3D printing, if the material has too g...
