According to the method, an optimal operation model of a cooling-heating-power integrated energy system under multiple targets is established according to the operation mode of the cooling-heating-power integrated energy system; a multi-target hierarchical progressive parallel algorithm based on an improved NSGA-II is proposed according to model characteristics; a target achieving method is introduced through a non-dominating layer ordering algorithm by changing a convergence judgment condition to improve accelerated convergence; and a parallel calculation scheme is designed according to algorithm characteristics. In this way, on the premise of considering the diversity of an algorithm search solution, the convergence speed of model solving is increased, an obtained scheduling strategy solution set can provide a basis for a user to decide selection of an optimal operation scheme according to different demands, and a thought and a method for realizing multi-target united optimal operation of the cooling-heating-power integrated energy system are provided.
