Abstract

The invention discloses a composite flat sample three-dimensional space charge measurement device based on a pulsed electro-acoustic method. The composite flat sample three-dimensional space charge measurement device comprises an upper electrode and a lower electrode, wherein an aluminum electrode is arranged in the upper electrode, a dual-layer composite flat plate dielectric sample is arranged between the aluminum electrode and the lower electrode, a pin electrode and a pin electrode are arranged between layers of the dual-layer composite flat plate dielectric sample, an absorption layer used for absorbing acoustic waves is arranged in the lower electrode, a piezoelectric sensor is arranged on the absorption layer, the piezoelectric sensor is connected with an amplifier, and the amplifier is connected with a computer by means of an A/D converter. The composite flat sample three-dimensional space charge measurement device successfully reproduces the accumulation, dissipation and migration characteristics of the space charges in a composite flat plate sample in an orthogonal nonuniform electric field, more realistically simulates the electric field environment of the sample under real working conditions, fully utilizes a greater number of piezoelectric films and makes all the piezoelectric films be closely attached to the lower surface of the lower electrode, breaks through thecurrent limitation that only one-dimensional space charge distribution in a uniform electric field can be measured, and improves the reliability of space charge measurement results.
