Problems solved by technology

However, this method needs to change the spot size by adjusting the distance between the focal plane and the sample, which will introduce certain errors in the measurement; Measurement error; the heating laser is used as the probe light at the same time. If the heating power is too high, it will cause thermal drift of the laser. If the heating power is too small, the temperature rise of t

Embodiment 1

[0184] In this embodiment, the thermophysical parameters of the two-dimensional nanomaterials are determined.

[0185] The physical model of two-dimensional nanomaterials with substrates such as Figure 7 shown. In a vacuum environment, use a Gaussian distribution beam with a spot radius of r h The continuous heating laser heats the two-dimensional nanomaterial sample and the substrate. Since the heating laser conforms to the Gaussian distribution and the center is symmetrical, the sample conforms to the one-dimensional cylindrical coordinate heat conduction equation, and the substrate conforms to the two-dimensional cylindrical coordinate heat conduction equation. When the steady state is reached, the power used is less than 3mW and the spot radius is r p The continuous detection laser measures the Raman spectrum of the sample and the substrate, and the steady-state Gaussian average temperature rise of the sample and the substrate surface can be determined by the shift of t...

Embodiment 2

[0200] In this embodiment, the thermal physical parameters of the two-dimensional nanomaterials are determined according to the same method and steps as those in Embodiment 1. The difference is that for the two-dimensional nanomaterials set on the suspension, the unsteady-state heat conduction equations of the sample during the cooling stage are formulas (9-12):

[0201]

[0202]

[0203] θ s (∞,t)=0 (11)

[0204] θ s (r,0)=θ s0 (r) (12)

[0205] In this embodiment, the equation is dimensionless, and it can be known by derivation that the variation curve of the Gaussian average temperature rise of the dimensionless sample with time Only with the sample thermal diffusivity α s Related, the thermal diffusivity α s the impact of Figure 15 shown.

Abstract

The invention provides a dual-pulse flash Raman method and system representing the thermophysical property of a two-dimensional nanomaterial. The dual-pulse flash Raman method for representing the thermophysical property of the two-dimensional nanomaterial comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring temperature rise data of a sample through heating pulse laser and detection pulse laser which aredifferent in wavelengths and are the same in pulse period; (2) determining the thermophysical property parameters of the sample based on the temperature rise data. According to the method provided bythe invention, the sample is heated with the heating pulse laser or detected with the detection pulse laser at different time periods, so that measurement errors are avoided in the absence of focusing; the influence of heating power on the measurement accuracy can be avoided by adopting the heating pulse laser and the detection pulse laser separately, so that the thermophysical property parametersof the sample can be represented by the method with higher accuracy and higher sensitivity.
