Abstract

The local clock device comprises a TCXO clock module, an asynchronous frequency division clock module and an RTC module which are electrically connected in sequence, wherein the RTC module comprises an RTC counter; the TCXO clock module and a navigation main module are electrically connected; the TCXO clock module serves as a local time counter of the navigation main module and a clock source for capturing and tracking a satellite signal; the TCXO clock module is also used for inputting a generated clock pulse into the asynchronous frequency division clock module; the asynchronous frequency division clock module performs frequency division to enable theclock pulse to be close to a preset frequency; and then, the clock pulse is input into the RTC module to be used for counting by the RTC counter.
