Abstract

The non-uniform-thickness hydraulically-formed flexible composite pipe comprises a main pipe and auxiliary pipes which are in cup joint to the two ends of the main pipe correspondingly. A corrugated structure is formed by a pipe body of the mainpipe. The cup-joint parts of the main pipe and the auxiliary pipes are closely attached to form a double-layer structure. The main pipe is flush with the port positions of the auxiliary pipes. Accordingly, the non-uniform-thickness hydraulically-formed flexible composite pipe is provided. The two ends of the main pipe are in cup joint with the auxiliary pipes, and the double-layer structure is formed through a hydraulic integrated forming method; and through a passive hydraulic structure, the corrugated structure is formed on the pipe body of the main pipe, and a boss connecting structure isformed at the port positions in the two ends. The welding procedure in the traditional technology is replaced, and the fatigue strength is obviously improved. The problems of oil seepage and leakage are solved as well. In the forming process, the wave crest area of the corrugated structure is thinned, the rigidity at the position is reduced, and the non-uniform-thickness hydraulically-formed flexible composite pipe can be applied to the work condition with the higher axial displacement requirement.
