The TOF camera module comprises an optical signal transmitting module for emitting signal light; and an optical signal induction module for obtaining the signal light reflected back by an object to be measured, and forming an image of the object to be measured based on the obtained signal light, wherein the image comprises depth-of-field information of the object to be measured. The optical signal transmitting module comprises a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a light-emitting component and radiating fins. The light-emitting component and the radiating fins are bound at the two sides of the first circuit board respectively; the second circuit board is arranged opposite to the first circuit board, and is arranged at the side, away from the light-emitting component, of the first circuit board; the second circuit board has heat radiation through holes; and the heat radiation through holes are used for exposing the radiating fins. The TOF camera module has the first circuit board and the second circuit board, which are arranged oppositely, so that area of the TOF camera module can be reduced, and the electronic equipment can realize miniaturization design favorably.
