The method includes the steps: firstly, building a steering system structure model; secondly, building a right steering link-steering knuckle geometric model before steering; thirdly, building a conical surface track three-dimensional model of a right steering link outer end ball jointcenter rotating around a main pin center line; fourthly, building a spherical surface track three-dimensional model of the right steering link outer end ball joint center rotating around a right steering link inner end ball joint center; fifthly, acquiring a three-dimensional coordinate of the right steering link outer end ball joint center based on the step 3 and the step 4; sixthly, calculatingthe steering angle.
