A water surface switch of a lead fish detects whether the lead fish enterwater or not and determines the work state of the current meter; the current meter collects the water flow velocity of a single point; a bottom touch switch of the lead fish detects whether the lead fish reaches the bottom or not; a signal barrel is fixed on the gravity center of the lead fish, the circuit in the signal barrel packages the collected lead fish water entering information, flow velocity data, and lead fish bottom reaching information to obtain data packages, the data packages are stored in the circuit in the signal barrel; and then the data is emitted to an upper computer throughan LoRa circuit module in the signal barrel, a radio frequency line, and the antenna.
