The device comprises a raw material gas purifying unit, a refrigeration and compression unit, a liquefyingunit, a LNG storage unit and a scattering unit; the raw material gas purifying unit is used for purifying raw material gas and conveying the purified gas to the liquefying unit for liquefication; therefrigeration and compression unit is used for performing supercharged cooling operation on nitrogen and conveying low-temperature gas refrigerated through expansion to the liquefying unit; the liquefying unit is used for receiving the purified raw material gas and the compressed low-temperature gas; the raw material gas is controlled to separate after cooling by the low-temperature gas; and separated LNG is conveyed for storage. The device can recover and prepare the liquefied natural gas in the tail gas, can effectively improve energy saving measures of enterprises, reduces the resource consumption of the enterprises, and improves the energy comprehensive utilization of the enterprises.
