Problems solved by technology

However, the above methods all need to prepare two separate liquid-absorbent core structures first, and then carry out the bonding and compounding of the two liquid-absorbent cores, which has the defects of complex processing technology, high cost, and large combined thermal resistance.

Embodiment Construction

[0029] The present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific examples, but the implementation of the present invention is not therefore limited to the following examples.

[0030] refer to figure 1 with 2 , a channel and microfiber composite liquid-absorbent core structure, the composite liquid-absorbent core includes a porous matrix formed by sintering metal powder, a parallel channel structure formed on the surface of the porous matrix, and needle wadding on one side of the channel wall shaped microfibers; the needle flocculent microfibers grow from one side to the other side along the inner wall of the channel and fill part of the channel structure.

[0031] The equivalent diameter of the needle-flocculated fine fibers is 0.1-0.3mm, and the length is 0.2-0.7mm. Such as image 3 , the cross-section of the channel structure may be an inner concave arc shape formed by a combination of a rectangle and an ar...

Abstract

The invention discloses a porous channel and microfine fiber composite liquid-absorbing core structure and a manufacturing method thereof. A composite liquid-absorbing core comprises a porous matrix formed through sintering of metal powder, parallel channel structures formed through machining on the surface of the porous matrix, and needle-flocculent microfine fiber on one side of the wall surfaceof a channel. The needle-flocculent microfine fiber grows towards the other side along one side of the inner wall surface of the channel, parts of the channel structures are filled with the needle-flocculent microfine fiber. According to the porous composite liquid-absorbing core structure, the specific surface area can be increased, the capillary pressure and the permeability are increased, evaporation boiling is intensified, and heat transfer performance of a heat pipe is greatly improved; and during manufacturing, simultaneous forming of the channel and the microfine fiber can be achievedonly by needing a single-stroke micro-milling technology without needing the steps of correspondingly preparing the channel and a fiber structure and then secondary bonding processing, and the porouschannel and microfine fiber composite liquid-absorbing core structure has the advantages that a processing technology is simple, the efficiency is high, the cost is low, industrial production is easyto achieve.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of heat pipe liquid-absorbing cores, in particular to a composite liquid-absorbing core structure of channels and fine fibers and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] As a phase change heat transfer element, heat pipes are widely used in the fields of aerospace, nuclear energy, solar energy, geothermal energy, biomass energy and microelectronic components. The heat pipe is mainly composed of a tube shell, a liquid-absorbing core and a working medium. The rapid conduction and dissipation of heat are realized through the evaporation and condensation phase change of the working fluid in the liquid-absorbing core. The liquid-absorbing core is an important part of it. The entire working cycle depends on the liquid-absorbing core. The heat conduction and phase change of the working fluid occur in the capillary porous material structure of the liquid-absorbing core. Ensure that the phase c...
