Abstract

The invention provides a flexible display panel and a manufacturing method, and a flexible display device. The flexible display panel comprises a polarized layer, a touch control electrode layer and ahard coating film which are superposed. Each one of the polarized layer, the touch control electrode layer and the hard coating film comprises at least one flexible substrate. The material of the flexible substrate comprises transparent polyimide. In the invention, the flexible substrates of the polarized layer, the touch control electrode layer and the hard coating film in the flexible display panel are uniformly adjusted into the transparent polyimide material with a same bending capability so as to ensure that a layer separation phenomenon when each layer of material in the flexible display panel is bent simultaneously is not generated; and the bending performance and the service life of a product are increased and prolonged.
