Abstract

The direct-current motor endurance tester comprises a main rack body, a fixed motor clamp, a load simulator and a road surface simulator. The fixed motor clamp includes a fixed rod and a support frame; the middle end of the fixed rod isconnected to the support frame in a rotation manner; and one end of the fixed rod is connected with a to-be-tested motor and the other end is connected with the pressure sensor fixedly. The jacking cylinder is able to apply a load to the to-be-tested motor. The road surface simulator consists of a transmission wheel, an axle, a support column and a magnetic powder brake; the axle is connected to the support column in a rotation manner; the transmission wheel is fixedly connected to the axle; the transmission wheel is abutted against a tire; and the magnetic powder brake is arranged at one endof the axle and is able to provide twisting forces in different directions for the axle, thereby simulating various road surface situations.
