The invention discloses a comprehensive property testing system for electric spindle which comprises a host computer, a frequency converter, an electronic spindle tool mechanism, a jumping measurementdevice and a rotation speed torque measurement device, wherein the frequency converter is used for driving an electronic spindle to be tested to operate; the electronic spindle tool mechanism is usedfor positioning the electric spindle to be tested; the jumping measurement device is used for measuring axial jumping information of the mandrel of the electric spindle to be tested; the rotation speed torque measurement device is used for measuring rotation speed torque information of the electric spindle to be tested; the electric spindle tool mechanism is connected with a plurality of temperature sensors for acquiring temperature information in different positions on the surface of the electric spindle to be tested, a plurality of sound-grade sensors for acquiring noise information in different positions of the electric spindle to be tested in operation, and a vibration sensor for acquiring vibration information of the electric spindle to be tested in operation; the host computer is used for testing comprehensive properties of the electric spindle to be tested based on information collected by the measurement devices and the sensors.
