An industrial personal computer controls testing conditions of a humidity and temperature testing box through a programmable controller, so that a working environment of the to-be-tested motor in practical working can be simulated. The industrial personal computer controls operation of the load motor and the to-be-tested motor through the programmable controller and acquires detection data of the motor sensor, and acquires reliability data of the to-be-tested motor according to the detection data. By utilizing the industrial personal computer, automatic testing of motor reliability in a practical working condition can be simulated and accuracy of motor reliability testing can be improved.
