Abstract

The invention provides a sand conditioner composition based on nanoparticles and a preparation method thereof. The composition includes starting compounds RM1, RM2, RM3, and RM4. The RM1 includes: carbonaceous materials, hydrocarbons, ultrafine metal / metal oxide compounds, ultrafine ceramic oxide nanoparticles, and metal wires. The RM2 includes natural carbon sources. The RM3 includes a synthetic / non-renewable carbon source. The RM4 includes hydrocarbons. A method of synthesizing a nanoparticle-based sand conditioner composition comprising mixing RM2 and RM4 in a mixer for 10 minutes to coat RM4 on RM2 and obtain an intermediate product. The RM1 and RM3 were added to the intermediate product and mixed in a mixer for 10 minutes to obtain a uniform / homogeneous mixture and cooled to obtain a sand conditioner composition with nanoparticles impregnated in carbon.
