Abstract

The present invention discloses an electric appliance fault detection method. The method comprises the steps of: collecting electrical signals of a circuit, and converting the electrical signals to discrete digital signals; performing preprocessing processing of the discrete digital signals, and obtaining discrete digital signals after preprocessing; comparing a power intensity change value of thediscrete digital signals with a power intensity threshold value preset by an electric appliance, and determining an electric appliance matching with the power intensity threshold value and a switching state of the electric appliance according to a comparison result; performing wavelet transform of the discrete digital signals to separate a function cluster; obtaining singular points in the circuit through discontinuity points of one function in the function cluster; and determining faults of the circuit according to the singular points in the circuit and the switching state of the electric appliance. The electric appliance fault detection method increases the identification of classes of the electric appliances, solves the problem that fault electric appliances cannot be confirmed after fault identification in the prior art, and can determine whether types of electric appliances have faults through combination of the fault identification and a load switch identification algorithm based on power.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the technical field of electrical fault detection, and more specifically, to a method and system for detecting electrical faults. Background technique [0002] With the gradual development and progress of society, human needs have become more and more diversified, and electronic and electrical products with more complete functions are flooding every corner of society, bringing convenience to human life. Due to insufficient updating and maintenance of electrical equipment, inadequate configuration of power supply specifications, and insufficient management of safe electricity use, etc., once problems occur in the use of electrical appliances by users, it will not only bring harm to the power unit, but also threaten the safety of the entire power supply system. Due to the diversity of electronics and electrical appliances, it has brought huge challenges to the detection and monitoring of the stability, safety and power sa...
