Abstract

The mobile terminal is installed with a video playing client side; and the mobile terminal further comprises a data acquisition component and a data integration component. The method comprises the steps that: when the video playing client side detects network faults, network fault notification is sent to the data integration component; the data integration component obtains network parameters from the data acquisition component based on the network fault notification; the data integration component integrates the network parameters, so that network fault data is obtained; and the network fault data is sent to a server. In the embodiment of the invention,when the video playing client side plays an online video, the data acquisition component can acquire network parameters in real time; when network faults occur, the data integration component can obtain network fault data from the data acquisition component; and thus, the data obtaining effectiveness and real-time performance are improved.
