The rainproof cover is stamped, welded, manufactured and assembled from a stainless steel material; a main body of the rainproof cover is in an umbrella shape;a cylindrical protrusion part is arranged on the side of the rainproof cover; three hooks and a counterweight are arranged at the tail end of the protrusion part; a cylindrical protrusion part is arranged on the side of the connecting seat; a flange is also arranged on the side of the connecting seat; and three gaps are formed in the flange.
