Embodiment Construction

[0013] Such as figure 1 As shown, figure 1 It is a schematic diagram of the structure of a light-weight low-noise cable proposed by the present invention.

[0014] Reference figure 1 , A light-weight low-noise cable proposed by the present invention includes: a conductor 1, an insulating layer 2, a braided shielding layer 3, and a sheath layer 4;

[0015] Conductor 1 is made by twisting copper wires. The outer wall of conductor 1 is coated with the first semi-conductive glue. The insulating layer 2 covers the outside of the conductor 1 and is bonded to the conductor 1 through the first semi-conductive glue. The surface of the insulating layer 2 is coated with the first semi-conductive glue. With two semi-conductive adhesives, the braided shielding layer 3 covers the outside of the insulating layer 2 and is attached to the outer wall of the insulating layer 2 through the second semi-conductive adhesive, and the sheath layer 4 covers the outside of the braided shielding layer 3.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a light low-noise cable. A conductor is formed by stranding of copper wires, the outer wall of the conductor is coated with a first semiconductive adhesive, an insulation layer coats the external portion of the conductor and is applied to the conductor through the first semiconductive adhesive, the surface of the insulation layer is coated with a second semiconductive adhesive, a braided shield layer coats the external portion of the insulation layer and is applied to the outer wall of the insulation layer through the second semiconductive adhesive, and a sheathlayer coats the external portion of the braided shield layer. The light low-noise cable with optimal design is reasonable in structure design, the semiconductive adhesive coats between the conductorand the insulation layer to allow the insulation layer and the conductor to be tighter, the outer wall of the insulation layer is coated with the semiconductive adhesives to reduce the noise generatedby sliding friction of the insulation layer, the sheath layer and the braided shield layer without increasing of the weight of the cable and without influencing of the bending performance of the cable.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of cables, in particular to a light-weight low-noise cable. Background technique [0002] At present, low-noise cables are coated with graphite layer on the conductor and insulating surface, wrapped or extruded semi-conductive tape. Although these can reduce the noise of the cable, it will increase the outer diameter of the cable and increase the unreliability of the cable. If the graphite coating is used, the adhesion layer of graphite is poor. After the cable is used for a period of time when the cable is repeatedly bent, the graphite may become discontinuous and cause a fault. The part after the fault may increase the noise of the cable and cause the cable to fail. Stability, and when using graphite coating to produce, the impact caused by environmental pollution is also greater. Although the use of extruded or wrapped semi-conductive can increase the stability of the cable, there is no way to make it very th...
