Abstract

The method comprises steps: in a power grid dispatching period, a first optimization objective function is builtwith minimization of wind curtailment cost of a wind farm as a target, a second optimization objective function is built with minimization of power purchasing cost at a user side as a target, and constraint conditions of the first optimization objective function and the second optimization objective function are set; and based on an NSGA-II algorithm, the first optimization objective function andthe second optimization objective function are solved to acquire a wind power dispatching scheme in the dispatching period. The device is used for executing the above method. According to the dispatching method and the device for wind power in the power grid, while wind power consumption in the power grid is promoted, the power utilization cost is reduced.
