Abstract

The invention discloses a driving motor torque ripple active compensation method comprising changing different speeds and measuring a relationship between the cogging torque ripple and the speed and angular position; calculating a driving signal required by a torque ripple opposite to the above torque ripple; applying a cogging torque ripple reverse driving signal, and reducing the cogging torqueripple by current; driving the motor by regular PWM to rotate at a low and constant speed, testing the rotation speed to obtain different-order PWM harmonic torque ripples, changing the average speed,and measuring the relationship between the harmonic torque ripples and the speed and angular position; using compensation PWM to drive the motor to rotate at low and constant average angular speed, testing the speed, and obtain the different-order harmonic residual torque ripple; and calculating the driving signal required by torque ripple opposite to the above torque ripple obtained in the previous steps.
