The integrated damping device comprises a mounting base (10), and the mounting base is elastically connected to a damping plate (30) through a group of damping assemblies (20); each damping assembly comprises a base (21) and a bolt (22); each base comprises a base plate (23); a center hole (24) is formed in each base plate and is perpendicularly connected to a circular tube (25), and each circular tube is sleeved with a lower damping rubber mat (26) and an upper damping rubber mat (27) from bottom to top; the damping plate is clamped between the lower damping rubber mats and the upper damping rubber mats; a cover plate sleeves the top surface of each upper damping rubber mat; and the bolts penetrate through the circular tubes from top to bottom to be connected to the mounting base in a threaded mode.
