The measurement system comprises a control host, a projector and two cameras; the projector and the two cameras are all controlled by the control host; the projector is located between the two gray-scale cameras; the control host forms structural stripe light and transmits an image needing to be projected to the projector; the projector projects the structural stripe light onto a measured object serving as a projection object; the two gray-scale cameras are arranged side by sideto form a binocular gray-scale camera group, and the two gray-scale cameras respectively acquire left and right projection images; the acquired left and right projection images are transmitted to thecontrol host; the control host is further used for decoding the left and right projection images, matching stripes and calculating parallax so as to achieve the three-dimensional visual reconstructionof the measured object.
