Thestimulation method comprises the following steps of: rotating a loading handle of a loading device a1 at a topmost layer at one side of a stimulation device, moving a force transmission rod of the loading device to the outer side of a side beam on which the force transmission rod is located to realize unloading, thereby completing excavation for a first layer of a soil body; continuously acting astimulation pile by a set number b1 of a symmetrical loading device at the right side of the stimulation pile, enabling the top of the stimulation pile to bend and deform rightwards, extending a spring in the loading device b1 at the right side, converting static soil pressure into active soil pressure, enabling other parts of the stimulation pile to generate corresponding bending deformation until reaching a force balance state, circulating in this mode until completing unloading for the soil body within all ranges at the excavation time of a foundation pit, and recording horizontal soil pressure and horizontal displacement, which correspond to different sections of a pile body of a retaining pile, of the soil body excavated every step, thereby realizing stimulation on the foundation pitcantilever type retaining structure.
