The technical scheme of the invention is that the method for controlling the circulating furnace number of the decarburization slag in the less slag smelting process of the converter includes the following steps: top-bottom combined smelting of the converter is utilized, and the weight percentage of raw materials of invested metal main materials is 80 to 93% of molten iron, and the balance is light scrap steel; desiliconization and dephosphorization are performed through converter blowing; slag removal is performed after desiliconization and dephosphorization periods of the converter are finished; decarburization is performed through the converter blowing; steel tapping is performed after the converter blowing is finished; and remaining slag and slag splashing are sequentially performed for protecting the converter after the steel tapping of the converter is finished.
