Abstract

The invention provides a determining method and device of a gate control signal. The determining method comprises the steps that projection data obtained in each sub-period of the detecting time through positron emission computed tomography (PET) scanning are collected, and the projection data include TOF information; according to the projection data including the TOF information, annihilation point position information is determined, and the annihilation point position information is used for representing three-dimensional space coordinates of an annihilation point; according to the annihilation point position information, annihilation point gravity center positions corresponding to all the sub-periods are determined; and according to the annihilation point gravity center positions corresponding to all the sub-periods, the gate control signal is obtained. According to the determining method and device of the gate control signal, externally-arranged respiratory gating equipment can benot used any longer, and the gate control signal can be obtained directly by processing the projection data, so that the cost is saved.
