The embodiment of the invention provides a three-dimensional
model reconstruction method and device for a medical image, equipment and a medium. According to the embodiment of the invention, a
respiratory gating technology is utilized to construct a medical image
data set which is acquired in a specified time period and is provided with a shooting angle
label. Constructing a three-dimensional model and optimizing the
data set by iteration, reconstructing the three-dimensional model based on the current
data set in each iteration, and generating a corresponding
projection image according to the shooting angle; and identifying and removing the medical images with the error indexes greater than a preset threshold value by calculating the error indexes. And performing reconstruction, projection, comparison and
elimination through iteration, and when the error indexes corresponding to all the medical images in the data set do not exceed a preset threshold value, ending iteration and outputting a three-dimensional model. According to the embodiment of the invention,
motion artifacts introduced by inconsistent anatomical states represented by the medical images collected in the data set can be eliminated, so that an accurate and reliable three-dimensional reconstruction result is obtained.
