The system includes a radiation treatment planning system, an intelligent tracking system, athree-dimensional numerical control treatment bed, a robot system, a radiation source auxiliary treatment system, an integrated control system, a three-dimensional double-digital X-ray perspective system, the three-dimensional numerical control treatment bed, the robot system, the intelligent tracking system, the three-dimensional double-digital X-ray perspective system, the radiation source and the auxiliary treatment system are all connected with the integrated control system and the radiation treatment planning system; and the radiation treatment system is used for performing instant focustracking on the 360-degree focusing projection by virtue of a collimation intensity modulated gamma ray beam which is emitted by the radiation source at the arm end of the robot system, so that the focal point obtains several times of the radiation dose of the tissues and organs around the focal point, and the dose outside the focal boundary is reduced by a cliff type, the focal tissue cells generate a radiation biological effect to occur necrosis, and a radiation treatment effect similar to surgical resection is generated.
