The method comprises the following methods: generating a first estimated track by a track initiating end in accordance with a preset track and a first preset track equation, and judging whether an aircraft enters an automatic transfer adaptive track or not; when it judges that the aircraft enters the automatic transfer adaptive track, transmitting the first estimated track and a real track to a track receiving end via the track initiating end; and correcting a second preset track equation by the track receiving end in accordance with received data and judging whether the aircraft reaches a transfer point or not, and when it judges that the aircraft reaches the transfer point, generating a second estimated track by the track receiving end in accordance with the first estimated track and the second preset track equation.
