The maintenance apparatus capable of realizing feedback and control over plants of different species comprises a water tank, a soil moisture sensor, a power supply unit and a control unit; the control unit comprises a user input interface,a controller, a plant species recognition module and a GPRS module; the power supply unit comprises a battery and a power detection module; one end of the soil moisture sensor is connected with the controller while the other end of the soil moisture sensor is provided with a plurality of probes; the water tank comprises a water inlet and a water outlet; a plurality of water outlet pipes are arranged at the water outlet, wherein a solenoid valve and a nourishment injection port are arranged on each of the water outlet pipes; stirrers are arranged inside the water outlet pipes under the nourishment injection ports; and motors are arranged outside the water outlet pipes under the nourishment injection ports. The control method of the apparatus disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: setting moisture values and watering duration of flowers in the system according to species of the flowers, and periodically feeding information about plant watering and battery powder back to the users; and thus, maintenance requirements of different plants under different humidity conditions are met so as to realize the purpose of intelligent flower raising.
