The system comprises a scanner, a server, an optoelectronic isolator, a vehicle communication switching system and a host computer; the vehicle communication switching system comprises a main control module, a K interface circuit, a CAN interface circuit and a power module, the power module supplies power for the main control module, the main control module is connected with one end of the optoelectronic isolator, and the K interface circuit and the CAN interface circuit are connected to a vehicle-mounted network through an OBD diagnostic line; the vehicle-mounted network is connected to an engine control module, a motor controller module, a DC converter controller module and a battery management system module; andthe other end of the optoelectronic isolator is connected with the host computer, the scanner is connected with the host computer through the RS232 interface, and the host computer is connected withthe server and a management end computer.
