Abstract

The invention provides a method and a system for detecting the average ammonia escape value of an SCR (selective catalytic reduction) denitration device based on an ammonia water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining the nitrogen oxide concentration decrease value of the SCR denitration device, the ammonia water consumption of the SCR denitration device and the valueof smoke flowing through the SCR denitration device; calculating the ammonia consumption of the SCR denitration device according to the nitrogen oxide concentration decrease value, the smoke value, and the proportion of ammonia in the nitrogen oxide concentration decrease value; and calculating the average ammonia escape value of the outlet of the SCR denitration device according to the ammonia water consumption of the SCR denitration device, the ammonia consumption of the SCR denitration device and the smoke value. The method and the system overcome the defects of single point measurement errors and uneven smoke distribution by indirectly detecting the average ammonia escape value of the outlet of the SCR denitration device, comprehensively consider the actual consumption of ammonia waterand the consumption of ammonia participating in the reaction of the SCR denitration device, and have a practical guiding effect on the running of the SCR denitration device.
