The system comprises a sensing layer control center, a forwarding layer, a control layer and an application layer, wherein the sensing layer control center is in communication connection with the control layer, and is used for receiving initial data collected by a sensor arranged on the sensing layer, performing analysis processing on the initial data to screen out abnormal data in the initial data, and sending the abnormal data to the application layer through the forwarding layer; the forwarding layer sends the abnormal data sent by the sensing layer control center to the application layer, or sends the initial data to the control layer for processing; the control layer controls the sensing layer control center, the forwarding layer and the sensor arranged on the sensing layer; and the application layer receives the abnormal data sent by the sensing layer control center and pushes the abnormal data toa user to implement the interaction with the user.
