The coaxial package structure comprises a flexible board and a tube socket electrically connected withthe flexible board; and the flexible board comprises a dielectric material layer, a signal transmission layer on the dielectric material layer, and a grounding layer under the dielectric material layer, wherein the grounding layer on the flexible board is electrically connected with the tube socket directly. According to the coaxial package structure and the optical transmission assembly of the invention, a cover film under the flexible board and a reinforcing board under the cover film are omitted; and the signal transmission layer of the flexible board is electrically connected with the tube socket directly; and therefore, the inductiveness of a loop path can be decreased, the impedance of a signal link is decreased, and the high-speed performance of a product can be improved.
